I am a graduating Master's student from Stanford University's Aero & Astronautics Program. Ever since learning about fluids mechanics while pursuing my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, I knew it would become a passion of mine. Since then I have taken a number of courses in: compressible flow, turbulence, aerodynamics, and propulsion. To further bolster my skills I am currently taking an online class to learn the fundamentals of CFD. I hope to break into the sub-industries of super/hypersonic flight or eVTOLs.
Air Force Research Lab
June - Sept 2019
Directed Energy Scholar
• Worked on a classified project under the direction of the head of the AFRL’s Aero-Effect Lab in running my own experiments regarding the optimization of Schlieren visualizations of supersonic flow using incoherent light.
• Compiled findings into a technical report written in LaTeX and briefed my mentors and colleagues on experimental conclusions. Paper proceedings pending.
TTM Technologies
June - Sept 2017
Process Engineering Intern
• Supervised installation and operation of new circuit board lamination system and tested feasibility in a live manufacturing setting, worked with operators and engineers to optimize settings - determining whether wet vs. dry lamination provided less shorts in the processed cores overall.
• Invited to present all findings to both the local and corporate executive management teams in the form of a 20-min PowerPoint presentation.
