If I need to run multiple simulations, do I get a discount?

Each modiﬁcation to the simulation setup (30 model, velocity, rotation, scale, ...) requires a new simulation. If you are running variations on an identical 3D model, for example an angle of attack study on a wing, a 50% sweep discount applies to all simulations that follow the initial one.

What if a simulation fails?

If a simulation fails. we'll immediately dive into the details to see why. If a simulation should fail, we’ll dive into the details and see what happened. We will contact you and happily advise you on how to make it work or grant you a new simulation should the error have been on our side.

What are my payment options?

We support the majority of credit cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Is VAT included in the price?

The pricing page mentions the price both without and with VAT. At checkout, the price including VAT will be clearly displayed.
